Arron Collins Thomas – Founder & Personal Trainer


With over 10 years experience in the fitness and lifestyle industry, Arron has enhanced his personal training work with years of study and holds respected qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy, Sports Acupuncture and Tui Na Acupressure Massage.

As the chosen Personal Trainer of Babington House (SOHO House Group) Arron has worked with a wide range of clients to help them achieve varied personal goals by providing efficient and tailored routines. From marathons, triathlons and mountain climbing to weight loss, body sculpting and fitness, Arron is highly experienced in aiding clients achieve their physical aims and mental wellbeing through simple changes that promote a healthy lifestyle.

Driven by his love of exercise and spirit for adventure, Arron took his passion and made it his career. A keen sportsman, snow boarder and swimmer, Arron has completed numerous fitness challenges alongside his clients, from marathons and tough mudders, to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Launching his first company in 2006, ACT Personal Training provided bespoke personal training and nutrition advice for clients based in and around the Bath and Bristol area. During this time he enhanced his training with recognised qualifications in accompanying fields. This has led to Arron becoming the most reputable Personal Trainer in the area and due to demand for his services he expanded his company by training newly qualified PT’s in his style and approach. From here the company continued to thrive, gaining corporate enquiries to design bespoke fitness and training programme for CEOs, board members and Senior Executives.

Co-Founder and Fitness Director of ToniqLife Ltd, Arron continues to expand his influence in the industry. Launched in 2014 ToniqLife is a new fitness, healthy eating and lifestyle company with a members- only website – – designed for people who want their fitness routine to fit into their busy lifestyle. In the last year they have started lifestyle retreats in Greece, offering intense teachings in breath-taking surroundings. Jessica – Personal Trainer

Jessica is a great personal trainer with an infectious energy and enthusiasm for fitness and nutrition, with an over all holistic approach. She has experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and truly believes in ToniqLife’s philosophy that true health can only achieved through lifestyle, fitness and nutrition. She is also certified in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and has more than 13 years experience as a massage therapist, specialising in Deep Tissue massage and Reflexology, and therefore has a full understanding of the body’s anatomy and physiology. Jessica is passionate about making healthy living an enjoyable lifestyle choice that can be a pleasure to maintain.

Caroline Chilton-Bates – Registered Nutritional Therapist

Caroline is a registered Nutritional Therapist with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and a Diploma in Nutritional Science. She is a registered member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists) and CNHC  (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council). She is also a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine Associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine and  a Master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)  Practitioner.

Caroline is not only passionate about flavoursome food, but she also believes that her recommendations need to be both manageable and realistic. She is seen to take a practical approach with consideration for her clients’ needs and as a result has formed a good rapport with many of her clients, building long lasting relationships and achieving positive outcomes.

Throughout her practice Caroline has adopted the functional medicine approach, which looks at the root cause of a client’s symptoms, which may range from gastro-intestinal issues to hormonal or energy complaints. As a keen sportswoman Caroline has always had an understanding of good nutrition and its impact on the body and as a result has particular interest in sports nutrition.

However, each client is approached on an individual basis, assessing the symptoms they present and by taking into consideration their priorities and goals, Caroline focuses on a personalised approach and an individualised nutritional  and lifestyle strategy.

Zach McAllister – Chiropractor

Zach graduated with merit from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan in 2009 and has since been practicing at the Weston Chiropractic Centre. He has undertaken studies in Sacro Occipital Technique and also chiropractic care for babies and expectant mothers. Zach has completed qualifications in Kinesiology Taping and Acupuncture/Dry Needling in addition to becoming a Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner, which has provided him with a wealth of knowledge in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of all extremity joints. His passion for sport has allowed him to appreciate the mechanics of the musculoskeletal system and the specific movement patterns involved in different sports such as a golf swing, a forehand in tennis or a prop in a rugby scrum.
