Every one wants quick results, what ever the goal. Whether it’s weight loss, weight gain, improved posture, injury rehab, or re-energising the body. But getting quick results often comes at a compromise of not doing it in a safe and healthy manner.

To achieve the best results possible in a short period of time we have brought in a team of experts to help us:

Between us we have devised a specific 12 week plan that is completely tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. The plan will be safe, healthy and sustainable.

We use our highly experienced Chiropractor team to assess you and correct any injuries or imbalances. A Nutritionist to get you on the right personalised nutrition and a Personal Trainer to improve your movement, strengthen the body, create lean muscle and reduce body fat.

12 Week Plan 1*
2 sessions a week = 24 PT sessions
4 Chiropractic sessions
1 Nutritionist assessment session and follow up in week 1.
A further session every 4 weeks = 4 nutrition sessions

The 12 week plan process – 

Step 1 – You will receive a consultation with your trainer where we will take body measurements and a fitness assessment, as well as assess your lifestyle and what changes we need to make.

Within the same week you will have a session with our nutritionist to give you a specific nutrition plan to follow and a session with our Chiropractor who will asses any injuries or imbalances and start to correct these issues.

All information will be relayed back to your trainer who will use that to write a personalised program for you.

Step 2 – Once you have made a commitment to us we make a commitment to you!

If you follow all our lifestyle guide lines, nutrition plans and workouts you will see great results. But you have to be dedicated to get the results you want. 12 weeks of focus is all we ask.

Step 3 – We will take measurements every few weeks and you will have follow up sessions with your chiropractor and nutritionist to make sure we are moving in the right direction. With the follow up information we can adapt the plan as we go to suit.

Step 4 – Stick to the plan, listen to the team and we will get you great results that you deserve!

At the end of the 12 weeks the ToniqLife team are here to offer continued support and advice. You will have experienced huge changes in body composition, posture and energy levels to name just a few of the benefits.
