I have always been a “gym goer” but now, since joining Arron’s boot camp, I know what it is like to work hard at the gym. His calm but firm manner stops me from wasting time whilst being encouraged to reach my potential.
I started with Arron a year after I had twins. He patiently built up my fitness and core strength until I was back in shape. I have seen a few personal trainers over the years and feel Arron is by far the best. No two sessions are ever the same, I never clock watch and his lovely demeanor always ensures I don’t notice the torture!
Arron has been my personal trainer for the last 4 years, over this time I have had both private and group sessions with him. I absolutely love my training with Arron and have seen a huge difference in my physique and fitness. He is encouraging and enthusiastic and not only spreads his ever expanding knowledge of the workings of the human body, but also the importance of healthy eating and good nutrition. He clearly takes his work very seriously and is aware of the individuals strengths and weakness’, always having advice for improving any weak points. He has a great sense of humour too, which is pretty essential when training a group of enthusiastic women!
I am into my fifth week of training now and already I have lost 9kg/21lbs which is amazing!! This was achieved with the support and guidance of my PT. Training 3 times a week and really good nutritional advice. I had a conversation with a friend/work colleague and he recommended Adam to me. I have to say as someone who is overweight, not fit and not very confident I was not looking forward to it but on meeting Adam on the first day he was very professional, listened to me to see what I wanted to achieve and made me feel comfortable. He tracks my progress every session and pushes me that little bit more every time.
Adam started training me 3 months after I had my second child. He was lively & enthusiastic & made the sessions fly by. He finds out what you enjoy & makes the sessions varied and fun. He genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals. I am now back into the clothes I wore before both pregnancies & I feel much more confident. Most importantly Adam is good company so instead of dreading going to the gym, I look forward to his training sessions.
Adam has been training me for the past year and has really whipped me into shape. I normally loathe the gym but his sessions are pacey and challenging so I never get bored. Plus he’s great fun to chat to so it feels like a really demanding workout with a mate. Great for me!
